Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria/Cumberland

The hotel is nice, but Mercedes and Deidre made the whole experience 100/10. They both were very friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make my whole family feel cared for. Mercedes helped us with some technical booking and gave us an upgrade just out of pure kindness and generosity, which gave us some extra snacks. She even gave us extra water bottles and cookies since we had 2 boys. The next morning, Deidre went above and beyond while we were eating breakfast, making sure we knew where the waffle maker was, helping me clean up after my boys, offered us take home muffins, being playful with my wild 3 year old, and then let the boys pick out some peaches! She was so kind and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. They had a whole breakfast burrito bar, chicken sausages, grits, waffles, infused water, and freshly baked muffins and more. The area around feels like a safer part of town too, with a delicious sushi place only 3 mins away! Now we know where we will be staying anytime we need a place in Atlanta! The only con was the 10 dollars/day parking fee.

Amazing stay and accommodations from incredible staff here! Really enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service at this Homewood suites.

The check in gate made entering confusing for all who were checking in at the same time as me. One visitor used his card to let us all in due to us starting to form a long confused line.

This was a halfway point for our vacation so we arrived late and Chicobi went above and beyond to accommodate us after our reservation was misplaced on a different day. Chicobi was professional and upbeat and he was much appreciated

Stayed here for two nights because it was close to my amazing Doctor of chiropractic office. What a great place. A Little dated in some ways, but still a fantastic place. ( looks like they are working on that thought) The staff were the most friendly, helpful, cordial, happiest people I’ve had the pleasure of being around. They alone made the stay great! It’s located in a very private low noise area and we felt we were more in our own private apartment rather than a suites type environment. The breakfasts were super with many options. Yes there is a parking fee, but “so what” The vehicle area was ample and safe. They had a great pool, outdoor area with a small basketball area, plenty of sitting space, grills, laundry, exercise room, etc. Etc.etc. I believe they were working on some upgrades, but there was no feeling of having to work around the work being done. Even the staff working on what I assume were upgrades were friendly and did not interrupt any of the pleasures of staying here. The only reason of the less than Perfect rating was some work to upgrade. I do recommend highly. Keep up the great customer service and super friendly attitude. I almost felt like I was with family while staying here.

Odd older hotel, likely been owned by numerous chains 90's, stairs every where (sorry for staff) But...Hilton did good, nice rooms, comfy beds, no complaints!

Had a genuine terrific stay at this property. The staff was super friendly and outgoing, specifically Sheila. The rooms where very spacious, well decorated and clean. I found the property to have great amenities, nice pool and recreation area. The breakfast was also hearty a good location to stay. Jose Guevarez

These reviews had me so scared to stay at this hotel. But it’s been a pleasant experience. Continental breakfast has options other than pork. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby was that it smells like lavender. Front desk ppl are sooooooo nice and helpful. Will stay again. Sheets and showers and are super clean
